If your account is locked out it will automatically unlock after three hours. You may call our office and request that the account be unlocked prior to that. In most cases an account only gets locked out after several failed logon attempts. Be sure that you are typing in the correct member number* (Login ID) and password. If you cannot remember your password you may contact us and request a new one.
*Piedmont CU recommends that you change your Login ID to something other than your member number. This can be done after logging in to NetBranch. The options is under User Profile, then User Preferences, then click 'Change' beside the Login ID. This is not only provides better privacy for your member number, it's easier to remember in most cases too.
