If you're having trouble signing on to NetBranch here's what to do.
First, be sure that you are using the correct member number (Login ID) and password. There is an option to reset your password on the logon screen. Click where it says "Forgot Your Password?". You will be required to answer several private questions about you or your account.
At times NetBranch may be inaccessible or offline. This is usually during late evening hours or early morning hours when system backups are being run. At these times your member information may be inaccessible causing the system to reject all logon requests. This usually only takes about 30 minutes or less before the system is back online.
