Piedmont Credit Union is happy to announce one of the most exciting technological advances in our 44 year history.  Piedmont CU Mobile Access allows near instant account access to members through their mobile phone.

To get started simply login to NetBranch through your computer web browser, click on the Services link, then click on Mobile Access in the list of services.  You have the option to either download a smartphone app or, for basic mobile phones, to obtain account balances and history using text messages.  Messaging and data rates may apply. 

The downloadable app also has a built in ATM locator which can utilize your phones GPS to find the ATM nearest you.

Make deposits using your phone's built-in camera!  This feature must be turned on by credit union staff and works like this.  Inside the Mobile Access App, you enter the amount of the deposit and take a photo of the front & back of your check.  That image and deposit information is forwarded to the credit union for approval.  Once approved, mobile deposits will post to your account between 5pm and 7pm that business day.  Mobile deposits received after 4pm may not post until the following business day.  After you confirm that your mobile deposit has posted to your account you may safely destroy the physical check.
