It's Me 247

Our new online account access system is called It's Me 247.  At first we thought the name was a little quirky, but after thinking about it, it does a good job conveying what the service is all about, YOU and YOUR money, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Read on for a summary of the most popular features.

Enhanced Security

It's Me 247 uses the latest encryption technologies to keep your personal account information private between computer systems.  It also requires that you enter your password AND answer a private security question each time you logon.  This is true whether you login through your computer or through a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.

Text Banking & eAlerts

With Text Banking you can quickly receive balance updates and transaction alerts right on your mobile phone.  When you're logged in to It's Me 247 on your computer simply click Go Mobile at the top, then click Text Banking.  You will see a request to approve the fees for Text Banking.  Please note that we do NOT charge a fee for text banking, but members must still approve the fee of $0.00.  After that it will ask you to enter your mobile phone number.  Once you receive the activation code through your phone's text messaging app, simply type it in on It's Me 247 and your phone will be connected!

When you receive the text messages from It's Me 247, be sure to save the phone number in your contacts so you will be able to quickly send messages to it should you need to check your account balance. Also, take a moment to setup eAlerts to your phone or email address.  This useful feature is found under Info Center, then eAlerts.


Do you ever get tired of waiting for your statement to arrive in the mail?  The wait is over!  With eStatements you will be able to access your statement by the 2nd business day of the month.  It's Me 247 keeps 13 months worth of statements online. Or you can download them to your computer and print them out on your printer. eStatements are a great way to protect your privacy and to reduce paper clutter.

Mobile App

Your Piedmont Credit Union is as close as your mobile phone!  Our new mobile app, simply named Piedmont Credit Union, is available for iPad, iPhone, Android and Kindle Fire. The app has several easy to use features.  The built in branch & ATM locator already has a list of surcharge free ATM's which are located all over the country.  There are links for news & upcoming events as well.  You can even apply for a loan.  It's the entire credit union in your pocket!

Mobile Deposits

When you use the Mobile Deposits link for the first time you will need to sign-up as a Mobile Deposit user.  Click the New User link just below the Mobile Deposit login page.  Passwords must be at least 8 digits long and must contain at least one number.  After you have signed up for the service and chosen your password, be sure to write it down somewhere safe.  You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved on our end.  Then you're ready to start making deposits.

Mobile deposits will be posted to your account soon after they are approved by our staff.  We review mobile deposits multiple times per business day.

EasyPay Online Billpay

Available through It's Me 247, EasyPay is just what the name implies, an Easy way to Pay your bills.  Payments can be scheduled to send automatically, or they can be manually sent whenever you like.  You can make payments to anyone in the United State whether they are a company, utility bill, landlord or even just a friend that you need to send money to.  You can even use it to send funds to your accounts at other credit unions & banks. (But then again why would you need to go anywhere but Piedmont CU?)

Telephone Teller

Finally, if you're not a computer user and you don't have a "smart" phone you can still keep up with your accounts using our Telephone Teller.  As long as you have a touch tone phone you can call Telephone Teller and obtain your balance, transfer between accounts and listen to transaction history.  Telephone Teller is available 24-7 just like It's Me 247.  The number is toll free in the U.S. and Canada.  Simply call 1-844-879-7143.  It will ask you for your member number then your personal identification number (PIN).  If you have never used it then your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number.  When you use it for the first time it will ask you to choose a new four digit PIN.  If you ever forget your PIN, just let us know and we can reset it for you.
